| Maintenance is more than mowing the lawn. To properly manage a property we prefer our clients allow us to handle the entire properties maintenance needs. That would include Mowing, trimming, edging, tree trimming, fertilizing, irrigation installation, inspection and repair, storm clean up, installing or repairing fences to burying power cable we can do it all. And anything else that needs attention. If you have a large estate type property and want us to be your caretaker we prefer to handle our pricing on a time and materials basis. That is the only way to give your property the attention you want and deserve. Set per visit rates just don't allow for proper care. A set rate causes rushing through the property and prevents allowing more than a set amount of time on your property. We don't want that. We want to spend as much time as needed to be sure you are satisfied. In many cases this comes out to cost less per hour than if you had a set rate.
